Introduction/Introduced/Introduce definition
Introduction/Introduced/Introduce means (i) the Client’s interview of a Candidate in person or by telephone, following the Client’s instruction to Concept to provide details of a Candidate; or (ii) the passing to the Client of a curriculum vitae or information which identifies a Candidate; or (iii) the obtaining of information by the Client from Concept’s website that identifies a Candidate, whichever is earlier.
