Introduction Fees definition

Introduction Fees means the sums payable by BFS to the Introducer only in relation to Applicable Contracts which are set out in the Letter of Appointment;

Examples of Introduction Fees in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt clause 14, Transfer and Introduction Fees, shall remain in force during the periods set out in that clause.

  • For additional Candidates Introduced by the Agency and Engaged by the Client, further Introduction Fees will be payable in accordance with the prevailing Fee Structure detailed at Schedule 1.

  • The liability of the indemnifying party under this clause 8 shall be subject to a limit of the Introduction Fees payable in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and/or loss.

  • Any Introduction Fees already paid for the Short Term Placement, up to a maximum of 4 weeks’ temp fees, will be deducted from the final Permanent Placement invoice.

  • The Client will receive up to three suitable volunteers for each position listed without incurring additional Introduction Fees.

  • BFS’s right of recovery under this Clause 5.11 includes without limitation by set off against Introduction Fees payable in respect of other Applicable Contracts.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the rights to the Introduction Fee(s), and the obligation to provide the Services set forth in this Agreement, may be assigned or transferred by Dragon to an Affiliate or subsidiary; otherwise, this Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall not be assigned by either party hereto.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, on termination of this Agreement the Client shall immediately pay all Introduction Fees in respect of the Introduction of Candidates who have agreed to be Engaged but who have not yet commenced their Engagement.

  • That arrangement may also involve the Payment Agent making payments to the Tutoring Company of its Introduction Fees relating to the Engagement.

  • If the final agreed salary between the Client and Candidate is lower than the original salary figure provided to advertise the vacancy, the Agency reserves the right to use the original salary figure to source the replacement Candidate and the Client will be liable for any difference in Introduction Fees that would result if it employs the replacement Candidate at the higher salary rate.
