IntraOp means IntraOp Medical Corporation, a Nevada corporation. “IntraOp Debentures” mean collectively (i) the 10% Super, Super, Super, Senior Secured Debentures; (ii) the 10% Super, Super, Senior Senior Debentures; (iii) the 10% Super Senior Secured Debentures; and (iv) the 10% senior secured Debentures.
