IntraLATA call definition

IntraLATA call means any call which is originated and terminated within the boundaries of the same LATA, regardless of whether such call crosses LATA boundaries prior to reaching its termination point.
IntraLATA call is a call that is originated by a customer of one Party and terminated to a customer of the other Party within a given LATA as determined by the originating and terminating NPA-NXXs (subject to the requirements of Sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.2) of the call and delivered over the direct and indirect facilities as described in this Agreement.
