Each party to the Early Intervention Procedure shall pay its own expenses and costs and one-half (1/2) of the compensation and expenses of the Early Intervention person and of stenographic and other expenses of the Early Intervention Procedure except if, according to Section 112 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia, the Minister of Finance authorizes payment towards this procedure in which case the share shall be one-third (1/3) each.
