Intervention buying-in definition
Intervention buying-in means any measure financed by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund that represents a purchase of agricultural products of a certain quality and in certain quantities at fixed prices with the purpose of stabilising the markets in agricultural products and guaranteeing the incomes of producers.
