Interstate Parties definition
Interstate Parties means, collectively (i) Interstate, so long as Interstate is Controlled by any one or more of ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇, (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (“▇▇▇▇”), (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇”), (iv) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. (“Wight”), or (v) any trust Controlled by any of the Persons described in clauses (ii), (iii) or (iv) created for the benefit of any of the Persons described in clauses (ii), (iii) or (iv) or any of the immediate family members (including children by adoption) of the Persons referred to in clauses (ii), (iii) or (iv).
