Interstate high rise sign means an on-premises pole sign which is constructed to attract the attention of interstate travelers and is located within 1,200 feet of the centerline of Interstate 35/80 and identifies or advertises the use of the principal building(s).
Interstate high rise sign means an on-site pole sign which is constructed to attract the attention of interstate travelers and is located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the interstate right-of-way and advertises the use of the principal building.
