Interstate Distribution definition
Interstate Distribution means that a pharmacy or pharmacist has, pursuant to a patient-specific prescription order as required by section 503A(a) of the FD&C Act, compounded a human drug product and delivered it by any means to the patient, the patient’s agent, or the patient’s health care provider in another state.
