Intersessions definition

Intersessions as used in this Agreement shall mean periods of time between regular instructional times.

Examples of Intersessions in a sentence

  • Release time will not be available for utilization during the Intersession(s) between the regular academic year and the established Summer Terms or between the semesters of the regular academic year.

  • Due dates for grade submissions for each Academic Term (including Fall and Spring Semesters, Summer Session, and Inter-sessions) shall be established by the Academic Calendar Committee and be not less than seventy-two (72) hours from 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the Final Examination Schedule.

  • Inter-sessions are voluntary assignments during contractually authorized work periods occurring between, but not overlapping with the one hundred and seventy-five (175) days comprising the Fall and Spring Semesters.

  • Unit members taking this leave must have had scheduled assignments for the previous 12 months (excluding Summer and Winter Intersessions) prior to the start of the leave.

  • Inter-sessions are voluntary assignments during contractually authorized work periods occurring between, but not overlapping with, the one hundred and seventy-five (175) days comprising the Fall and Spring Semesters.

  • A student must be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to be eligible for housing (3 credits during Intersessions and 3 credits each Summer Session).

  • Each Department Chairperson may apply for a tuition waiver of up to 6 credits on behalf of a child/children/spouse in Fall, Spring and Summer terms and 3 credits during Intersessions.

  • During the Summer and Winter Intersessions, Residents must use the Housing Office’s subleasing services.

  • Teachers who are employed for two or more MSC Intersessions shall earn one additional day of sick leave.

  • Intersessions will include both instruction periods and enrichment activities, giving students access to both mental and physical activity during break periods.

Related to Intersessions

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.

  • Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.

  • Unfit-for-use tank system means a tank system that has been determined through an integrity assessment or other inspection to be no longer capable of storing or treating hazardous waste without posing a threat of release of hazardous waste to the environment.
