Interruption Payment definition

Interruption Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.4 (b).

Examples of Interruption Payment in a sentence

  • The Interruption Payment shall be applied against the Royalty Cap for purposes of determining any payments to LLS under Section 9.3.

  • The Interruption Payment shall be one (1) time the amount of the Funding actually provided to Affimed plus an annual interest rate of ***** calculated from the date of LLS’ Funding(s) until the payment of the Interruption License.

  • Affimed may elect to pay the Interruption Payment in lieu of the Interruption License by providing notice of such election to LLS and making the Interruption Payment with such notice.

Related to Interruption Payment

  • Production Payment means a production payment obligation (whether volumetric or dollar denominated) of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries which are payable from a specified share of proceeds received from production from specified Oil and Gas Properties, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Termination Payment means the amount payable by either Party to the other upon Termination in accordance with Article 23;

  • Completion Payment means the payment for the 20% of the Charges for each Apprenticeship that under the ESFA Rules is only paid once an Apprentice takes their end point assessment, including as the case may be Apprenticeships funded by Transferred Levy Funds;

  • Exception Payments means payments to deposit accounts or brokerage accounts, payments to settle securities transactions (including, without limitation, stocks, bonds, securities, futures (forex), options, or an investment interest in any entity or property).

  • Production Payments means, collectively, Dollar-Denominated Production Payments and Volumetric Production Payments.
