Interruption and Notice definition
Interruption and Notice. We can temporarily turn off equipment and interrupt utilities to avoid property damage or to perform work requiring such interruption as determined in our sole judgment. We are not liable to you for any inconvenience, discomfort, disruptions or interference with your use of the Premises when we are making repairs, alterations or improvements to the Premises, the Apartment or the Apartment Community. If you request any repairs that are required to be performed by us under this Lease, they will be done during our usual working hours. In the event that the Apartment Community is under construction, improvement or repair, you agree to observe all warning signs and blockades and stay away from the areas of construction or repair. Construction and/or repair crews may work throughout the day and night hours to complete the construction or repair. Areas may have machinery and equipment present and are to be used by authorized personnel only and entry into these areas by Resident, guests or other invitees of the Premises are strictly prohibited.
