Interruptible Shipper definition

Interruptible Shipper means a Shipper that enters into an Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement and is eligible to receive Interruptible Service.
Interruptible Shipper means a Shipper that has not executed a Gathering Agreement to be a Base Shipper or Tier II Shipper.

  • Interruptible Service shall be allocated among Interruptible Shippers, prorata, based on the ratio of the volume of Interruptible Service nominated at the Receipt Point by the Interruptible Shipper to the aggregate volume of Interruptible Service nominated at the Receipt Point by all Interruptible Shippers.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.

  • Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.
