InterRights Point(s) definition
InterRights Point(s) means certain InterTrust Technology (as set forth on -------------------- Exhibit A hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended by InterTrust consistent with this Agreement) that is a distributed rights and event management, and distributed administration, virtual machine (i.e. node) that performs, at least ---- in part, as an extension to basic electronic resource management, or is integrated within such basic resource management.
