Interregional Security Network definition

Interregional Security Network means the communications network established by US electric utilities on a collaborative basis through the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) to facilitate the exchange of real-time operational data, other operational data, and other technical data between different electricity transmission and generation providers to help assure reliable electric power system operations.
