Interpreting Fee definition

Interpreting Fee means the fee to be paid to you under the relevant Contract as agreed between us.

  • Structuring Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Maximum Legal Rate means the maximum nonusurious interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, taken, reserved, charged or received on the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and as provided for herein or the other Loan Documents, under the laws of such state or states whose laws are held by any court of competent jurisdiction to govern the interest rate provisions of the Loan.

  • Review Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(b).

  • Fee Basis Amount As of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the Collateral Principal Amount, (b) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Defaulted Obligations and (c) the aggregate amount of all Principal Financed Accrued Interest.

  • Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.
