Purchasers shall place their pre-scheduled Interpreter Service requests through the Contractor provided Customer Service number or the VRI application or a designated email address.
Contractor shall not substitute or replace an Interpreter whose availability has been confirmed and who has been selected to provide Interpreter Service for an Appointment.

If the Interpreter Service Department’s Director determines an employee is no longer required to perform bilingual services, the Director will provide written notification to such employee and his/her manager.
By signing this Contract, Contractor acknowledges that DSHS is subject to the provisions of the WFSE CBA LAP and agrees to ensure that all Interpreter Service appointments subject to CBA terms, regardless of the Modality used, are provided in accordance with such terms.
