Interphase Technology definition

Interphase Technology means all patent rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights, mask work rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world in the FDDI Technology, but excluding the Cisco Technology.

  • Cisco agrees to assign and does hereby assign to Interphase any and all rights, title and interest Cisco may acquire in and to improvements, modifications or derivative works of the Interphase Technology.

  • Cisco shall promptly provide Interphase with a copy of all such improvements, modifications or derivative works of the Interphase Technology, in source and object code forms, and all documentation related thereto.
