Internet Subscriber definition

Internet Subscriber means each consumer that subscribes to or is authorized to access an STE Service delivered via the Internet (regardless of technology used), whether on an a la carte or bundled basis. For clarity, IPTV is not the Internet and a consumer that subscribes to an STE Service delivered solely via IPTV (and not the Internet) shall not be an Internet Subscriber.

Internet Subscriber. A dwelling unit or commercial unit with one or more cable modems connected to a System, where a customer has requested and is receiving Internet access services through such cable modem(s), including as part of any bundling arrangement with a third party. For purposes of this definition, any unit receiving such services without an obligation to pay consideration or fees therefor shall not be considered an Internet Subscriber. Judgment: Any judgment, writ, order, decree, injunction, award, restraining order, or ruling of or by any court, judge, justice, arbitrator, or magistrate, including any bankruptcy court or judge, and any writ, order, decree, or ruling of or by any Governmental Authority. Law: Any Chilean national, regional, or local, or any foreign, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation, Judgment, regulatory agreement with a Governmental Authority, or general principle of common or civil law or equity.
