Internet Protocol Detail Record definition
Internet Protocol Detail Record. (“IPDR”) means information about internet protocol based usage and other activities that can be used by operation support systems and business systems by recording data statistics that provide network insight on capacity, subscriber usage, and proactive network maintenance.
Internet Protocol Detail Record or “IPDR” means an unrated 3G packet data transport usage billing record, or other similar record that may be agreed by the Parties, to be used in connection with new technology that is made available to Purchaser under Section 5.2.
