Internet Platform definition

Internet Platform means the entirety of all software and hardware systems with which SCS is provided, resp. SCS itself.
Internet Platform means all of the software and hardware (not including the End User Software) owned, leased or otherwise controlled by, or licensed to, ARTERA which make up the established communications platform described in Schedule 21.3, and used by ARTERA or otherwise necessary to the operation of the Licensed Products, including the Platform Hardware and the Platform Software.
Internet Platform means any public-facing website, internet-enabled application, or other digital application.
