Internet Order definition

Internet Order on the Sales Slip. If a Cardholder asserts that he/she had not authorized a mail order, telephone order or internet order Credit Card Sale, asserts that he/she did not receive the merchandise within the time required by law, or otherwise denies the validity of the Credit Card Sale, such Credit Card Sale shall be subject to Chargeback pursuant to Paragraph 6 below.
