Internet Operations means the operation and maintenance of e-mail, the internet (including the Insured's website) or any intranet. 9.13 Inquiry means any administrative or regulatory proceeding, official investigation, inquiry or hearing, including a Coroner's Inquest or Fatal Accident Inquiry or an Occurrence, where the findings of such proceeding, official investigation, inquiry or hearing could lead to a Claim covered under the Policy and includes responding to any lawful request which requires a response including to produce documents.
