• This Policy does not cover any liability assumed by You from Cyber Loss caused by or arising from Your Internet Operations.

• This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of GMCI, Internet Operations and Entertainment and is enforceable with respect to GMCI, Internet Operations and Entertainment in accordance with its terms, except as enforcement hereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, priority or other laws of court decisions relating to or affecting generally the enforcements of creditors' rights or affecting generally the availability of equitable remedies.

• The Employee shall perform such services as is expected from a V.P. and Director of Internet Operations and as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer of perf▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇c.

• Liability directly or indirectly caused by or arising from Your Internet Operations.
