Internet Instruction means instruction given to the Bank using the Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services or Hang Seng HSBCnet Services and, where expressly authorised by the Bank, includes any instruction given to the Bank using the Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services or Hang Seng HSBCnet Services through a Linked Account in accordance with, and subject to, the Bank’s terms and conditions from time to time governing the use of the Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services or Hang Seng HSBCnet Services;

  • Voting Instructions means the instructions for voting on the Plan contained in the section of the Disclosure Statement entitled "SOLICITATION; VOTING PROCEDURES" and in the Ballots and the Master Ballots.

  • Indirect instruction means any general or specific instruction given in any form by the person required to provide the notification or any person controlled by that person within the meaning of Article L. 233-3 of the Commercial Code that limits the discretion of the management company or the investment service provider in the exercise of the voting rights in order to serve the commercial interests of the person required to provide the notification or the controlled person.

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.

  • Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.

  • Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such, issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any such document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time;

  • Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.
