Internet Content definition

Internet Content means the definition of the term given in Section 15.5.
Internet Content means Varex’s website located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and any other Varex-controlled content on any World Wide Information Distribution Medium, including on any social media product, service, application or tool (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, etc.) or similar service (now known or hereafter known), including any of the foregoing that permits the exchange of user generated content on the internet (e.g., YouTube) existing at any time during the term of this Agreement.
Internet Content means, but shall not be limited to products, services, advertisements, subscriptions, text, audio, graphics, sounds, video, data etc. in any format or outlay and all the comments or opinions, reviews, videos, images, blog entries, article postings, references and any other information contained in some of its Products which have been obtained through automated means from the Internet;

Internet Content means the Insured’s electronic audio, visual, digital, or informational material or electronic publicity or promotion by the Insured or on the Insured’s behalf or for others on the Insured’s Website that is disseminated on the Internet, including electronic audio, visual, digital, or informational material disseminated by other means of media transfer by the Insured provided that it has already been disseminated on the Insured’s Website.
Internet Content means streaming media content, whether video and/or audio, and such other content as the Company may from time to time designate as being compatible with the Company Network.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
