International Packaging has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.3. “Litigious Dispute” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 17.1. “Marketing Activities” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.10. “Marketing Report” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.10.
