Internal Works definition

Internal Works means any Works internal to the Lands associated with the proper development of the Plan of Subdivision and which are listed as internal works to be completed pursuant to this Agreement;
Internal Works means the work described under Items 3.1(h)(i) and (v) in this Agreement.
Internal Works means all municipal infrastructure to be constructed pursuant to this Agreement which will not be Assumed by the Town. Those matters set out in Schedule ‘D’;

Related to Internal Works

  • internal waters means any navigable river or waterway within the State of California.

  • Internal Systems means the internal systems of each of the Corporation that are presently used in its Business or operations, including, computer hardware systems, software applications and embedded systems.

  • Urgent Works means any urgent measures, which in the opinion of the Engineer-in-charge become necessary during the progress of the work to obviate any risk of accident or failure or which become necessary for security.

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;
