Internal Services means any or all of the services described in the Service Level Agreement provided by the Marconi Group from its own resources or procured by the Marconi Group from third parties and delivered to or used by the Marconi Group as at the Commencement Date at the sites identified in Appendices A, C and D of the Service Level Agreement;
