Internal security maintenance means any proceed to protect, correct, amend, and rehabilitate any situation which is a danger or may be a danger resulting from a person or a group of persons causing public disorder, destroy or damage lives, bodies, properties of the public or state. This is to render the situation to be returned to normality to prosper public order or security of the state;
