Examples of Internal Reserved Program in a sentence

  • In the event that, following the Effective Date, Caribou acquires or in-licenses from any Third Party a [***] in respect of any Target which is not an Accepted Target, Reserved Target or Substitute Target, and through nomination by AbbVie (whether pursuant to Section 3.2.6 or Section 3.2.8) such Target becomes an Accepted Target or Substitute Target prior to such Target becoming the subject of an Internal Reserved Program [***].
