Internal Purpose definition

Internal Purpose means the internal purposes for which a Party may use the Project Materials (and only within the jurisdiction of that Party) and of which incudes for teaching, research, academic, educational and/or patient care purposes without disclosure or dissemination to any third party other than Students only within the context of the above and does not include Commercialisation but may or not provide for an additional permitted purpose if specified for a particular Party in Schedule 1. Investigators mean the research investigators of a Party including any Principal Investigators.
Internal Purpose means any purpose related to the internal administration and management of the Customer’s business relating to the Permitted Purposes and not any other business of the Customer.

Examples of Internal Purpose in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Internal Purpose for one Party may vary from another Party’s permitted Internal Purpose.

  • No Party will be grated with a right to use another Party’s Background Intellectual Property independently of the Project Material and no Party will have a right to use another Party’s Background Intellectual Property after the Term unless otherwise provided for as part of the permitted Internal Purpose.
