Internal Moonlighting definition

Internal Moonlighting. Extra clinical duties that occur outside of the scope of the 32 resident’s training program at a program training site, performed outside their regularly 33 scheduled duties or required responsibilities, assumed by the resident on a voluntary 34 basis, and which are performed for additional compensation 35 This agreement expires on June 30, 2019. 36 The Union agrees that this agreement resolves the grievance associated with this topic. 37
Internal Moonlighting means voluntary, compensated, medically-related work that is not related to training requirements performed within the institution in which the Resident is in training or at any of its related participating sites. (i.e., performed within Tower Health or at any of its related participating sites).

  • Internal Systems means the Software and documentation and the computer, communications and network systems (both desktop and enterprise-wide), servers, hardware, equipment, materials and apparatus used by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in its business or operations or to develop, manufacture, fabricate, assemble, provide, distribute, support, maintain or test the products manufactured, distributed, licensed or sold by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, whether located on the premises of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or hosted at a third party site.
