Internal lighting definition

Internal lighting means an indirect, concealed light source which is recessed or contained within any element of a sign.
Internal lighting. Means of source of illumination entirely within the sign which makes the contents of the sign visible at night by means of the light being transmitted through a translucent material but wherein the source of the illumination is not visible.
