Internal Heat. Lighting: 1 watt per square foot Power: 3 ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot Supplemental Cooling: Tenant provided Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to maintain the temperatures set forth above in the Demised Premises during the normal hours of operation of the Building so long as the Demised Premises are being used and occupied in the manner as specified under the “Ventilation Air” and “Internal Heat” categories as set forth above.
