Internal Governing Documents. The Club shall be governed by the Articles of Organization, this Operating Agreement (hereinafter the “Bylaws”), the Club’s Flying Rules, the Club’s Scheduling Rules, and the “Directions for Managers” document. In the case of a conflict between these documents, the order of precedence of these documents is as just listed, with the Articles of Organization superseding all others. None of these internal documents relieve a member of their responsibility to abide by the below listed external documents.
