Internal Glass definition

Internal Glass means fixed glass, perspex and plastic material in internal partitions, doors, windows, counters, shelves and stock restraints, showcases, mirrors (including hanging mirrors) and ceramic vitreous china urinals, lavatory pans, cisterns and wash basins.

  • Internal Glass: a) glass, or plastic material used as glass in internal partitions, windows and doors, glass in counters, glass forming shelves and/or stock restraints, interior showcases, fixed mirrors and other fixed internal glass including ceramic vitreous china urinals, toilet pans and hand basins, and b) frames of showcases, display cabinets and counters containing the broken Glass.

  • The velocity of the air flow in the test section is determined by means of a pitot static tube.

  • Glass includes External Glass, Internal Glass and Specified Glass as defined in the Glass Policy Section.

  • internal waters means any navigable river or waterway within the State of California.

  • Internal control means a set of systems to ensure that financial and other records are reliable and complete and which ensure adherence to the entity's management policies, the orderly and efficient conduct of the entity, and the proper recording and safeguarding of assets and resources;

  • External Directors means directors appointed and serving in accordance with Sections 239 through 249 of the Companies Law.
