Internal Financing definition
Internal Financing means the short-term loaning of University funds for use on a particular University project. Internal Financing may be utilized for emergency physical plant needs or for other purposes, such as to provide matching funds for Article Xl-G Bonds in anticipation of philanthropy.

It is understood and agreed that ▇▇▇▇▇ shall not receive the fees detailed in Section 3 for any monies raised in connection with the Internal Financing.
As of the date hereof, no Buyer Party has any reason to believe that, assuming the satisfaction of the conditions in Section 7.1 and Section 7.2, Parent will be unable to use the Internal Financing to pay any portion of the Required Amount at the Closing.
