Internal Development Work definition
Internal Development Work means development of roads, provision of water supply, sewerage, drainage, electricity, sanitation or such other urban facilities or amenities within a sector, colony, municipal colony or abadi deh areas of villages located in the Region ;
Internal Development Work. , means all such development works within the building in a colony and includes providing of elevator/lift system, fire extinguishing equipments, laying of electrical cables for passage and staircase lighting up to the meter box to be provided in the building, laying of pipes for water supply for each of the premises in the building from over head tank up to each premises, outlet pipes from the kitchen, bath and WC from each of the premises in the building up to the chamber provided on the ground near such building, laying of cables for telephone and cable TV from each of the premises in a building up to the junction box outside or in the terrace of such building;
Internal Development Work means the following development works to be done within the limits of the colony under the prescribed standards:-
