Internal Development Costs definition

Internal Development Costs means, with respect to a Licensed Product subject to a Co-Promotion Option, [***].
Internal Development Costs means employee compensation and overhead costs incurred by Metroplex, to the extent such costs are capitalized on the books and financial statements of Metroplex pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied; and permitted to be allocated as Development Costs pursuant to the preceding paragraph (c).
Internal Development Costs means all reasonable and verifiable internal costs of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Member and Sempra Member and their respective Affiliates incurred in connection with the development or construction of the Project on or after December 16, 2005 but prior to the Project Completion Date and charged to the Company; provided such costs together with the Pre-Formation Development Costs incurred by (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Member and its Affiliates shall not exceed $41,000,000 and (b) Sempra Member and its Affiliates shall not exceed $3,600,000. Such costs shall include, in the case of personnel costs, an overhead charge equal to eighty percent (80%) of the allocable base salary of the individuals involved for hours they spend working directly on the Project plus reimbursement for direct, out of pocket expenditures of such individuals in connection with the Project, but shall exclude any element of profit. For the sake of clarity, costs invoiced to the Company pursuant to the Operating Agreement or the O&R Agreement, as the case may be, shall not be considered "Internal Development Costs."

  • In all such reports and requests for approval, Internal Development Costs shall be identified by Metroplex as separate line item components of its Development Costs.

More Definitions of Internal Development Costs

Internal Development Costs means the wages and salaries of a Developer’s employees and internal personnel who are directly engaged in the evaluation, research, study, development or implementation of the Project, at rates to be agreed by the Developers.
Internal Development Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(d)(ii) of the Joint Contribution Agreement. To the extent specified herein, Internal Development Costs are treated differently from other Development Costs.

Related to Internal Development Costs

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.
