Internal Data means encrypted information related to the current receipt and saved to internal storage of OSCU/VSCU;

Internal Data means any information regarding the business or business activities of Hertz or Hertz Entities (as defined below) that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. Supplier’s treatment of Internal Data may be subject to a separate agreement.

Internal Data means all information (regardless of form) of any Waste Management Entity (as defined below), whether disclosed to or accessed by Supplier in connection with the Agreement, that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. For the avoidance of doubt, unless such information otherwise meets the definition of Personally Identifiable Data, Internal Data includes, without limitation, all information the Waste Management Entities may possess that is subject to an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of same.

Internal Data in the context of this policy means information intended for members of ETH Zurich, or for all project partners of a project using Leonhard Med.

Internal Data means all Data that is included in any Data Element identified on Exhibit A or Exhibit B as being licensed for internal use.
