Internal Data definition

Internal Data means any information regarding the business or business activities of Hertz or Hertz Entities (as defined below) that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. For the avoidance of doubt, unless such information otherwise meets the definition of Cardholder Data, Personally Identifiable Data, or Special Personally Identifiable Data; Internal Data includes, without limitation, all information the Hertz Entities may possess that is subject to an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of same, including, without limitation, Licensee information. Vendor’s treatment of Internal Data may be subject to a separate agreement.

Examples of Internal Data in a sentence

  • As co-owners of the data, ITC Principal Investigators will abide by the terms of the ITC Internal Data Usage Agreement (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/forms), providing signed agreements to the DMC in order to share data internally with specified members of their research teams.

  • OCLC has implemented and shall maintain commercially appropriate, reasonable and customary controls to ensure the security, confidentiality, and protection against unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Internal Data.

  • Institution grants OCLC a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right to use the Internal Data to the extent necessary for the provision of the Products and Services.

  • OCLC shall hold all Internal Data in strict confidence and with the same standard of care it uses to protect its own information of a similar nature and shall not use Internal Data for any purpose other than to provide the Service or as may be authorized in writing by Institution.

  • Institution shall obtain and maintain all necessary consents from all users for OCLC to provide the Products and Services and for Institution’s and users’ access, monitoring, use, disclosure, and transfer of Internal Data.

More Definitions of Internal Data

Internal Data means any information regarding the business or business activities of Waste Management or Waste Management Entities (as defined below) that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. For the avoidance of doubt, unless such information otherwise meets the definition of Cardholder Data, Personally Identifiable Data, or Special Personally Identifiable Data, Internal Data includes, without limitation, all information the Waste Management Entities may possess that is subject to an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of same. Supplier’s treatment of Internal Data may be subject to a separate agreement.
Internal Data means all information (regardless of form) of any Waste Management Entity (as defined below), whether disclosed to or accessed by Supplier in connection with the Agreement, that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. For the avoidance of doubt, unless such information otherwise meets the definition of Personally Identifiable Data, Internal Data includes, without limitation, all information the Waste Management Entities may possess that is subject to an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of same.
Internal Data in the context of this policy means information intended for members of ETH Zurich, or for all project partners of a project using Leonhard Med.
Internal Data means all Data that is included in any Data Element identified on Exhibit A or Exhibit B as being licensed for internal use.
