Internal Data in the context of this policy means information intended for members of ETH Zurich, or for all project partners of a project using Leonhard Med.
Internal Data means any information regarding the business or business activities of Hertz or Hertz Entities (as defined below) that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. For the avoidance of doubt, unless such information otherwise meets the definition of Cardholder Data, Personally Identifiable Data, or Special Personally Identifiable Data; Internal Data includes, without limitation, all information the Hertz Entities may possess that is subject to an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of same, including, without limitation, Licensee information. Vendor’s treatment of Internal Data may be subject to a separate agreement.

  • OCLC has implemented and shall maintain commercially appropriate, reasonable and customary controls to ensure the security, confidentiality, and protection against unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Internal Data.

More Definitions of Internal Data

Internal Data means all information (regardless of form) of any Waste Management Entity (as defined below), whether disclosed to or accessed by Supplier in connection with the Agreement, that is not available to the general public, but which does not qualify as Personally Identifiable Data. For the avoidance of doubt, unless such information otherwise meets the definition of Personally Identifiable Data, Internal Data includes, without limitation, all information the Waste Management Entities may possess that is subject to an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of same.
Internal Data means all Data that is included in any Data Element identified on Exhibit A or Exhibit B as being licensed for internal use.

Related to Internal Data

  • Internal dose means that portion of the dose equivalent received from radioactive material taken into the body.
