Internal Cost definition

Internal Cost means costs expended or incurred by ERC, its member firms, including Macquarie Financial Holdings Limited and Skanska Infrastructure Development Inc. and any of their respective affiliates, or SKW Constructors, for internal development and management of the Project, specifically excluding External Cost, as identified in Exhibit B and/or the Work Plan.
Internal Cost means any cost that is not a Development Cost incurred by any Party prior to Commercial Operation.
Internal Cost means the expenses charged by one Party to the other for --------------- Development of a Collaboration Compound or a Collaboration Product performed by employees of the Parties. The yearly amount is calculated by multiplying the EFT Rate by the number of Direct EFTs for the given year. "Joint Project Team" or "JPT" means the committee established pursuant to -------------------- ----- Section 2.07 below.

Examples of Internal Cost in a sentence

  • In the event that a Council is required to bear an Internal Cost which that Council views as excessive, the Council can make a request to the Joint Committee that the costs in question form part of the Annual Budget.

  • The Seller shall provide Holdings any and all supporting documentation reasonably necessary to review the Internal Cost Variance asserted by Seller (supporting documentation may include invoices, reports and any other documentation or evidence which reasonably substantiates the alleged Internal Cost Variance) and Holdings must reasonably agree with such Internal Cost Variance prior to Holdings reimbursing the applicable incremental costs and incremental expenses as set forth above.

  • An additional cost report which pertains to this Agreement (the “Short Period Internal Cost Report”) shall be prepared.

  • As compensation for those completed Phase 1 Project Deliverables which VDOT elects to purchase, VDOT shall pay to ERC the External Cost and Internal Cost set forth in Exhibit B.

  • An additional cost report pertaining only to the term covered by this Agreement (the “Short Period Internal Cost Report”) may, if usable by Operator, be generated by Operator.

  • Each Gainsharing Arrangement must include specific methodologies for accruing and calculating Internal Cost Savings for each EIP that are transparent, measurable, and verifiable in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Government Auditing Standards (The Yellow Book).

  • The Work Plan developed by ERC during Phase 1, which shall be in accordance with Exhibit G, and approved by VDOT will include among other things: (a) a description of the Work Packages for each of the Phase 2 Project Deliverables; (b) the amounts of External Cost and Internal Cost for all items comprising the services and outputs required for each Work Package; and (c) an anticipated schedule for monthly progress payments to be made by VDOT for Work Packages during Phase 2.

  • Modified Monthly Draws (CFDA No. 17.225 Indirect Costs - Internal Cost Plan) The Commonwealth shall request funds for the indirect costs of each month, no earlier than the end of that month.

Related to Internal Cost

  • Internal Costs means, for any period, the product obtained by multiplying (a) the actual total FTEs (or portion thereof) devoted to the performance of activity under this Agreement during such period, by (b) the applicable FTE Rate.

  • Internal control means the systems of control devised by management to ensure that the council’s objectives and management policies are achieved and adhered to in a manner that promotes the economy, efficiency and effectiveness on the use of resources, that financial and other records are reliable and complete and that the councils assets and interests are safeguarded;

  • Internal Controls has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(d).

  • Internal combustion engine or ‘engine’ means an energy converter, other than a gas turbine, designed to transform chemical energy (input) into mechanical energy (output) with an internal combustion process; it includes, where they have been installed, the emission control system and the communication interface (hardware and messages) between the engine's electronic control unit(s) and any other powertrain or non-road mobile machinery control unit necessary to comply with Chapters II and III;

  • external company means a foreign company that is carrying on business, or non-profit activities, as the case may be, within the Republic, subject to section 23(2);
