Internal Applications definition

Internal Applications means Subscriber’s internal display devices and non-display applications; provided that such internal display devices and non-display applications are not available to any person that is not a User.
Internal Applications means Distributor’s internal applications that are not available to any person that is not a User.
Internal Applications means Subscriber’s internal applications that are not available to any person that is not a User.

Examples of Internal Applications in a sentence

  • By doing so, depending on the chosen additions to the OEM License, Licensee will be authorized to use the Licensed Software as such on any websites (public or private) and Internal Applications, to incorporate Licensed Software into the number of SaaS Application and/or Web Application as specified by Licensee and approved by Highsoft in the License Statement.

  • An Internal Application shall not be used for external purposes and shall under no circumstance be used by or with Licensee’s customers; Internal License shall mean the license type offered by Highsoft granting Licensee the right to use the Licensed Software as such on Internal Websites and Internal Applications as further defined in section 4.1. Internal Website shall mean a website only accessible internally, to Licensee’s employees and/or contractors, inside the firewall of Licensee’s network.

  • By doing so, depending on the chosen additions to the OEM License, Licensee will be authorized to use the Licensed Software as such on any websites (public or private and Internal Applications, to incorporate Licensed Software into the number of SaaS Application and/or Web Application as specified by Licensee and approved by Highsoft in the License Statement.

  • By doing so, depending on the chosen additions to the OEM License, Licensee will be authorized pursuant to the chosen additional License type to use the Licensed Software as such on any Internal Websites, and Internal Applications, and to incorporate Licensed Software into the number of External Application as specified by Licensee and approved by Highsoft in the License Statement and to use the Licensed Software on Public Websites.

  • You expressly agree that nothing in this Agreement limits ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ right to develop or have developed for it products, concepts, systems or techniques that are similar to or compete with any of Your Internal Applications or any other products, concepts, systems or techniques contemplated by or embodied in information you disclose to Trimble.

  • By doing so, depending on the chosen additions to the OEM License, Licensee will be authorized pursuant to the chosen additional License type to use the Licensed Software as such on any Internal Websites and Internal Applications, and to incorporate Licensed Software into the number of External Application(s) as specified by Licensee and approved by Highsoft in the License Statement and to use the Licensed Software on Public Websites.

  • For clarity, nothing in this Agreement assigns ownership of Your Internal Applications or intellectual property rights to Trimble.

  • If Trimble receives any data from you or Your Internal Applications on an End User’s behalf, that data will be subject solely to the Trimble Connect Terms.

  • Your Internal Applications expressly excludes any applications, products, or services that you sell, distribute, license or otherwise make generally available to third parties.

  • You will indemnify, defend (at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ request) and hold harmless Trimble and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, end users and licensees from and against any claims, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), damages or liabilities based on or arising from (a) Your Internal Applications, (b) your relationships or interactions with any End Users, or (c) your breach or alleged breach of this Agreement.
