Internal Accruals definition
Internal Accruals means such cash inflows either as fees, receivables, proceeds and money received from any other source in relation to and in respect of the JVC Project as may be received from time to time in the ESCROW Account.
Examples of Internal Accruals in a sentence
In the event, the Internal Accruals are insufficient to meet such funding requirement, the JVC may procure such additional funds (in the form of debt, debentures, or other instruments which shall not have any right to convert to voting shares) to be provided by third party financiers/bank/financial institutions, within such period and on such terms as may be agreed by the Board subject to written consent of Shareholders.
