Intermittent Services Agreements has the meaning given it in Section 4.01(p)(iv).
Intermittent Services Agreements or similar agreements (the "Intermittent Services Agreements") and that such Intermittent Services Agreements are not included on Exhibit F and will not be assigned to Buyer, provided, that, Seller shall have provided Buyer with a list of those vendors and a short description of the services provided to the Business under the Intermittent Services Agreements that will not be assigned to Buyer;
