Intermet means Intermet Corporation, a Georgia corporation, its successors and permitted assigns.

  • Each Lender shall promptly notify Intermet of any offset hereunder.

  • Intermet shall be entitled to repay and reborrow Syndicated Loans in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Intermet agrees that any Lender so purchasing a participation from another Lender pursuant to this Section 3.15 may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, exercise all its rights of payment (including the right of set-off) with respect to such participation as fully as if such Lender were the direct creditor of Intermet in the amount of such participation.

  • Nothing in this Section 3.11 shall affect or postpone any of the obligations of Intermet or any right of any Lender provided hereunder.

  • Counterparts hereof executed by Intermet, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.
