Interment Order definition

Interment Order means an order executed by an authorized person on a form provided by the District which authorizes the District to inter the remains of deceased person pursuant to these Rules and Regulations and any other applicable laws and regulations.

  • We will provide you with the interment(s) right/s and Interment Order- (for the burial or placement of ashes into the interment site specified – see Part A.

  • If such notice cannot be given, a non-twenty-four hour notice fee as established by the District shall be charged by the District to the person executing the Interment Order.
