Intermediate Shareholder definition

Intermediate Shareholder means Capital Product Operating LLC, a limited liability company formed in the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands whose registered office is at Trust Company Complex Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX 00000, the Xxxxxxxx Islands;
Intermediate Shareholder means Ormat Holding Corp., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
