  • Copies of this Agreement titled “Master Agreement By and Between the Ionia County Intermediate School District and the Ionia Intermediate Education Association” shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed and presented to all employees now employed or hereafter employed.

  • The Board, however, does agree that notice of all positions and vacancies that occur in the disciplines represented in this Agreement and those that would involve a supervisory position in the areas covered by this Agreement will be given to the staff and the Monroe County Intermediate Education Association in writing within five (5) days after the opening of the position or ten (10) days prior to filling such vacancy.

  • Section 1: The Ionia County Intermediate Education Association President or his/her designees shall be allowed fifteen (15) days per year for Association business which may be taken in no less than three and one-half (3½) hour increments.

  • Section 4: A professional council composed of representatives of the administration and of the Ionia Intermediate Education Association shall be established to meet as needed to address work related concerns of either group.

  • Those teachers who made application and/or were members during the 1982-83 school year shall remain members or pay a service fee not to exceed the dues of the Charlevoix- Emmet Intermediate Education Association to the extent permitted by law.

  • Adult education means all education or instruction,
