Intermediate Casing Point definition

Intermediate Casing Point means the time when (a) the Initial Well has been drilled to the A/B Shale, (b) all logs, tests, and evaluations have been completed and the results thereof have been furnished to the Parties, and (c) a recommendation has been made whether to continue drilling the Initial Well to the Objective Zone or to abandon the Initial Well as a dry hole.

  • Intermediate product means marijuana flower lots or other material lots that have been converted by a marijuana pro­ cessor to a marijuana concentrate or marijuana-infused product that must be further processed prior to retail sale.

  • Injection Point means the Electric Interconnection Point.

  • Flash point means the lowest temperature of a liquid at which its vapours form a flammable mixture with air;

  • Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.

  • Focal point means the entity of a Party referred to in Article 5 responsible for receiving and submitting information as provided for in Articles 13 and 16;

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Intermediate means an emergency medical technician-intermediate.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • Horizontal well means a well bore drilled laterally at an angle of at least eighty (80) degrees to the vertical or with a horizontal projection exceeding one hundred (100) feet measured from the initial point of penetration into the productive formation through the terminus of the lateral in the same common source of supply.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.
