Intermediary Application Form means the application form prescribed by the Society pursuant to which an Intermediary may apply to make introductions to the Society in respect of the Products;

You will tell us about any change to your business or the business of your sub-agents that may affect our relationship, including but not limited to: • the occurrence or likely occurrence of any event that would give us the right to terminate, as set out in clause 14 below; and • any material change to the information you provided on the Intermediary Application Form.
These terms, the Intermediary Application Form and your relationship with us, and any issues arising out or in connection with it (whether such disputes are contractual or non-contractual in nature) will be governed by the Law of England and Wales and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
